What is the UDrive Smart Display?

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are systems that integrate your smartphone with your car’s display, providing easy access to navigation, music, calls, and messages. They allow you to control your phone using voice commands, touch screen displays, or car controls, making driving safer and more convenient.

Is the UDrive Smart Display compatible with my phone?

Yes, the UDrive Smart Display is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. It supports Apple CarPlay for iPhones from the iPhone 5 onwards, and Android Auto for most Android phones running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher, ensuring seamless integration with your smartphone.

How long does shipping take?

How do I set up the display?

Setting up the your Smart Display is simple:

  1. Mount the display on your dashboard or windshield using the provided base stand or suction cup mount.
  2. Plug the display into your car’s cigarette charger (auxiliary output).
  3. Connect your phone to the display via Bluetooth or USB.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. It’s that easy.

How do I set up the rear camera?

Setting up the rear camera requires a bit more time, but it will greatly assist with reversing and parallel parking. For detailed instructions, please follow this Guide.

What is the warranty and return policy?

We offer an optional comprehensive 1-year warranty on UDrive Smart Displays, covering any manufacturing issues. Additionally, we have a 30-day refund policy, allowing you to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, enter your tracking number on our Track Order page. You will receive the tracking number via email 2-4 days after your purchase.
